SHIPPING POLICY
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping details. Reshipment will not be covered if the address is incorrect. Contact the carrier (DHL / EMS / USPS / FedEx) to edit the delivery address.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
We label all our packages as low-value "Gifts" to avoid incurring import taxes.
All our products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse.
We will provide a tracking number by email and SMS as soon as the order is fulfilled.
It might take up to five days for your tracking information to appear on the shipping company’s website.
Clearance delays might occur in specific countries.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the carrier and shipping destination.
Processing Time: 3-6 business days
Shipping Time: Between 5 and 20 business days
Some items may have longer processing times depending on order volume.
Delivery time may increase during particularly busy periods.
Notice
Package seizures are extremely rare, largely nonexistent in the USA or the UK, and occur periodically in Switzerland and neighboring countries due to strict watch-industry regulations and the general difficulty of watches passing customs. To prevent fraud, proof of seizure will be required before a new watch is sent.
If the delivery is lost or seized, we will cover the costs of reshipment.
